1 kilo chicken fillet roughly cut into strips 1 tablespoon red chilli paste 1 teaspoon garlic 1 teaspoon ginger ans garlic paste oil 1 teaspoon squeezed lemon / vinegar 1 teaspoon dhana powder 1 teaspoon jeera powder ½ teaspoon haldi 1 tablespoon mochachoe spice ½ teaspoon black pepper 1 teaspoon Gorimas bbq spice 2 tablespoon mayo 3 tablespoon prego sauce salt to taste grated mozzerella 5 tablespoon mayo 3 tablespoon prego sauce Or any sauce of your choice optional : lettuceMarinade and cook chicken until soft .
shred the chicken nicely and add 5 tablespoon mayo 3 tablespoon prego sauce and mix well . assemble : cut pita add lettuces and add filling add cheese , butter pita and toast both sides . serve immediately after toastedlb / pounds |
