1 CAN WHOLE KERNEL CORN 2 CANS TUNA, DRAINED KNORR 1000 ISLAND SAUCE SAUCE: 500G BUTTON MUSHROOMS 1 TEASPOON CRUSHED GARLIC 1 TABLESPOON BUTTER 1 TABLE SPOON LEMON JUICE ¼ TEASPOON WHITE PEPPER ¼ TEASPOON SALT ½ TEASPOON DRIED MIXED HERBS ¼ TEASPON DHANA Jeeru (Cumin) POWDER (CUMIN) 250ML FRESH CREAMSAUCE:
Slice mushrooms. Do not slice thin. Heat butter in pan. Add mushrooms and lemon and toss so mushrooms dont brown. Add spices and garlic. Cook until liquid released, gently pour liquid out. Add cream and cook till thickened and mushrooms tender. Mix together corn, tuna and mushroom sauce. Add to macaroni and mix well. Add 1000 island sauce till tasty and mix well.
