Oreo Cheesecake Dessert

INGREDIENTS

250ml fresh cream
1 slab milkybar
Icing sugar (to taste)
1 tub cream cheese
Mini oreos (to decorate)

METHOD

2. Beat the cream with the cream cheese.
3. Melt milkybar and add to cream cheese. Mix in.
4. Beat fresh cream till stiff.
5. Gently fold in to cream cheese.
6. Check sweetness, add icing sugar if needed.
7. Spoon crushed oreos into dessert bowls/cups/glasses.
8. Spoon on cheese mixture.
Repeat layers.
9. Garnish with few crumbs oreos and a mini oreo.
10. Place in fridge to chill and set. Serve cold.
Note: this makes 12 shot glasses
*Variation: may add chocolate sauce or choppeed dark chocolate onto cream layer.
