Ginger and garlic

Bbq spice

Chicken spice

Cajun spice

1 teaspoon chilli powder

1 teaspoon dhana Jeeru (Cumin)

Roast in oven

Prepare the sauce:

½ cup of each sauce

Sweet chilli

Spur bbq sauce

Jimmys bbq sauce

2 tablespoon dark soy sauce

2 teaspoon sugar

METHOD

When chicken almost done add a blob of butter

When water dries out add your sauce and keep stirring so that the sauce sticks to the chicken and grill
