125g butter ½ cup oil 1 ¼ cup sugar beat till white & fluffy Add: 4 eggs 1 cup milk 3 cups self raising flour 1 teaspoon baking powder 1 teaspoon vanilla essence ¼ teaspoon cardamom powder ½ teaspoon rose essence beat well & pour into a greased cake tin and bake on 180oc till skewer comes out clean Icing ½ cup icing sugar ½ cup klim or milk powder 1 tablespoon melted butter 2 tablespoon hot milk or more if needed sprinkle of cardamom powder 1 teaspoon rose syrup red food colour mix above & drizzle over cooled cake Decorate with sliced pistachios & edible roses enjoy!
