Lemon Butter Herb Chicken
Rec & pic cred: @mama_taught_me_well Ingredients: 60g butter 1 chicken (disjointed/whole) Marinade- 2 tablespoon garlic paste 2 teaspoon ground green chillies 2 tablespoon lemon juice ½ teaspoon lemon pepper ½ teaspoon black pepper ½ teaspoon dried mixed herbs 2 sprigs fresh thyme ½ teaspoon salt ½ cup fresh cream 4 tablespoon lemon & herb sauce1. Marinate chicken and leave in fridge for 3 hrs.
2. Heat butter, place chicken in pot, reserving extra marinade. 3. Cook in butter until just done. 4. Pour remainder marinade over chicken. 5. Grill in oven, allow sauce to thicken, and serve with corn on cob and potato wedges. #mamataughtmewellrecipes BACK TO RECIPElb / pounds |
