1kg chicken fillets processed/cubed fine
Ground green chillies to taste
1 teaspoon crushed garlic
2 teaspoon chicken spice
2 teaspoon lemon pepper
1 teaspoon ground cumin seeds
Salt to taste
2 tablespoons maziena
250ml sour cream/lancewood creme frache
Mix well
Refrigerate overnight
Shape into sausages index finger size using oiled hands
Roll in crumbs
Now Freezer suitable
Dip in egg
Fry
I didn't dip in egg I put in airfryer. Was tasty
Aamli chutney

2x 400g aamli soaked in 1 liter brown vinegar
Strain then add
2 & ½ cups brown sugar
1 bottle all gold tomato sauce
1 cup Methi (Fenugreek) masala
2 teaspoon coarse red chili powder
Mix well
Make a vagaar with:
4 tablespoons oil
2 tablespoons sesame seeds
A few curry leaves
1 teaspoon mustard seeds
1 teaspoon crushed garlic
Once everything is sizzling add to chutney and mix well. Bottle.
Very easy and tasty.
