Vegetable Samosa

INGREDIENTS

1 big chopped red onion
2-3 green chilies
2 small carrot grated
½ green pepper
½ red pepper
¾ cup green peas
¼ teaspoon garlic
½ teaspoon ginger
8-10 curry leaves
Salt to taste
1 teaspoon Garam masala
½ teaspoon red chili powder
½ teaspoon haldi
½ teaspoon dhana powder
Lemon juice 1-2 tablespoon
Sugar 1 tb sp
Kasuri Methi (Fenugreek) 2 teaspoon
Jeeru (Cumin) 1 teaspoon
A pinch of hing
Chopped coriander
Chopped spring onions

METHOD

Now add green and red pepper,ginger and garlic,salt ,peas,carrot,kashrut Methi (Fenugreek),red chili powder,haldi,dhana powder,Garam masala and green chilies. Cook on medium flame till half done. Then add boiled roughly mashed potatoes. Mix well then add lemon juice and sugar. Mix well all together then taste. Lastly add chopped coriander,chopped red onion and spring onions.Fill in samosa pur.
U can use same filling for veg cutlet.
Make patties with this filling. Cover with flour then deep in egg then roll in bread crumbs or cornflakes crumbs. U can freeze it. When u use just sallow fry in oil and serve with red or green chutneys.
