🍬TURKISH DELIGHT Sojee (semolina flour):🍬
Recipe & pic📸📸 credit:@Nazia_shaik786 Ingredients📃 1cup taystee wheat/semolina ¼ cup ghee (Clarified butter)/mooiriver butter Cinnamon stick Elachie 1 ½ cups boiling water Pink colouring few drops rose essence about 3 drops you dont want it too overpowering 2 drops rose water ¾ tin condense milk /according to how sweet you want it If you don't have condensed milk use sugar 1 cup milk to the milk I added 3 heaped tablespoon klim and mixed it well and then I added it to the pot 2 teaspoon Elachie powder 📌METHOD📌 Add ghee (Clarified butter) to pot with 1 cinammon stick and 2 elachie let it simmer Then add taystee wheat and braise till light pink then add condense milk and mix well Thereafter add pink colouring to boiling water and add to pot Cook on low When water burns out mix 1 cup milk with elachie powder and essence and rose water & add to Sojee (semolina flour) and cook on low till done Once done pour nestle cream over and decorate with colour badaam and turkish delight Please note you can add 1 beaten egg to milk mixture if you want *cream can be substituted for milk Serves about 6-7people 💕Enjoy💕 📍📍* this is my normal Sojee (semolina flour) recipe I used just added a few things to make it a turkish delight Sojee (semolina flour)As above
