Now add ½ red bell pepper chopped, ¼ teaspoon ginger, ½ teaspoon garlic 2-3 green chilies, ½ teaspoon crushed red chili Mix well Then add 250G frozen corn , salt, ¼ teaspoon haldi, ½ teaspoon Garam masala, ½ teaspoon lemon pepper ½ teaspoon dhana powder. Mix well and cook on medium flame until water dry. Let completely cool. Then add cheddar,mozzarella and tussers cheese,chopped spring onions,chopped coriander, ¼ teaspoon Italian herbs 1 packet crushed lays chips (I used ½ packet salted & ½ packet spring onion and cheese) Mix well and fill into the samosa pur.lb / pounds |
