For chicken:-
3 chicken fillets cut into strips 2 medium eggs 1 teaspoon ginger 1 teaspoon garlic ¼ teaspoon pepper Salt to taste 2-3 tablespoon hot sauce Mix all ingredients together and keep in fridge for 1-2 hours. For coating:- 1 and ½ cup plain flour 2 tablespoon cayenne pepper 2 tablespoon paprika Salt 1 tablespoon garlic powder ¼ teaspoon black pepper ½ teaspoon mixed herbs Mix all ingredients well.Now take chicken pieces coat well in flour mixture and keep ½ hour in fridge for best result.
After fry chicken in medium to hot oil till golden brown. For sauce:- Tomato sauce Nando's garlic peri-peri sauce Spur peri-peri sauce Mayonnaise Mix all together. Now take wraps apply sauce on it. Then put some chopped lettuce,carrot,cucumber and chopped tomatoes. Then put fried chicken strips some more sauces on top. Roll the wraps cut into half and serve with chips.
