Another pot take ½ cup oil and 4-5 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter). Add 1-½ teaspoon Jeeru (Cumin) 2- star anise 1"cinnamons 4-5 cloves 1 teaspoon black peppercorns 3-4 green Elaichi 1-2 brown Elaichi 1 bay leaf 1 teaspoon ginger 1-½ teaspoon garlic stir all ingredients for 30 sec. Now add 1 chicken cut into pieces. Add salt and mix together. Now add 1-½ teaspoon red chili powder 1 teaspoon turmeric 2 tablespoon dhana powder 2 teaspoon Garam masala 2-3 tablespoon Shan biryani masala keep stirring add little water and cook for 5-7 minutes then u can add 3-4 medium size chopped tomatoes. Add more little water. Cover the Pot and let chicken cook till done. Then mix 1 cup brown onion and ½ cup double cream yogurt and add in chicken masala cook for another 5-7 minutes then add chopped coriander chopped mint green chilies mix and give to chicken masala coal dum. Now same pot spread all rice on chicken spread evenly. On top sprinkle chopped mint coriander green chilies brown onions. Now take 1 cup milk make hot and add pinch of saffron strands biryani essence and kewda essence boil and spread evenly on rice cover with lid. First keep in high flame for 2-3 minutes then slow flame till done. Serve with raita🍲🍽🍲🍽🍲🍽
