For chicken tikka:-
Marinate 2-3 chicken fillet cubed with: 4 tablespoon chicken tikka masala 2 tablespoon lemon juice 2 tablespoon vinegar 1 tablespoon ginger and garlic paste 2 tablespoon oil mix well and keep for marinate 30 minutes. Spread whole mixture into baking dish. Bake it for 35 minutes at 200 c.For Gravy:--
In the pot heat ½ cup oil sauté ½ teaspoon ginger ½ teaspoon garlic paste for 2 minutes. Now boil 3-4 medium size tomatoes.. Remove skin and make purée. Now add tomatoes into pot add : 1/2 teaspoon chili powder ½ teaspoon black pepper ½ teaspoon jeera powder 1 small size onion paste. Chopped onion boil remove from water and make paste. ½ teaspoon Garam masala mix well cover and cook for 10 minutes on medium heat. Now add 3 tablespoon Greek yogurt cook more 10 minutes. After that it's to add chicken tikka and ¾ cup fresh cream mix all together and cook 5 minutes. Garnish with chopped coriander and serve hot with naan roti or rice … BACK TO RECIPElb / pounds |
