Take chicken fillets 3-4 pieces wash and drain.
Now marinate chicken with ½ teaspoon ginger ½ teaspoon garlic salt to taste ½ teaspoon black pepper ½ teaspoon turmeric 1 teaspoon red chili powder and 1 teaspoon lemon juice mix all together and keep aside for 1 hours. Now take chicken and deep fry. Now take oil in another pan. Add : ½ teaspoon Jeeru (Cumin) and 1-2 green chilies 2 tablespoon dhana powder 1 teaspoon jeera powder ½ teaspoon Garam masala 1-½ teaspoon paprika 1 teaspoon red chili powder ½ teaspoon chat masala cook on medium high heat with little water keep starring and cook for 5-7 minutes.
