For grind ingredients:-
½ cup coriander leaves 2-3 fresh garlic cloves 1" ginger 2-3 tablespoon Greek yogurt ½ small onion 4-5 almonds 4-5 cashews 2-3 teaspoon tomato paste 2 green chilies Salt to taste Grind everything together like fine paste. and keep asideNow take oil in a pot. Add ½ teaspoon Jeeru (Cumin). Then add ½ chicken cut into pieces. Stir and add ½ teaspoon red chili powder,½ teaspoon haldi,2 teaspoon dhana powder,1 teaspoon Garam masala mix well. Add little water cook on slow heat for 5-8 minutes.
Now add all masala pastes & ½ cup brown onion crushed. Mix well. Cover the pot and cook until chicken is completely done. Now give charcoal DUM. Sprinkle some chopped chopped and mint. Serve hot with roti ,naan or rice. ❤ BACK TO RECIPElb / pounds |
