Dry masala chicken 🍗🍗🍗🍗
Pic and rec :- @mubina_18 Heat oil in pan. Add whole spices cinnamon 3 cloves 2 green cardamoms a small piece of mace 2-3 peppercorns let them sputter. Then add 1 small sliced onion 2- green chilies 7-8 curry leaves. Cook them 10-15 minutes on medium flame till onion is nicely browned. Now add : ½ teaspoon turmeric 1 teaspoon red chili powder 2 teaspoon dhana powder 1 teaspoon Garam masala 2 teaspoon any brands chicken masala (I used Shan chicken masala) mix all well and cook on slow heat for 10 minutes. Stirring 2-3 times in between. Now add chicken salt and little bit water cover the pan cook another 15-20 minutes on low heat till chicken is done. Now sprinkle on chicken ½ teaspoon cumin powder and black pepper powder and half of lemon. Mix and serve with roti or rice ..... BACK TO RECIPElb / pounds |
