Mutton Nihari🍲🍲🍲
Pic & rec:- @mubina_18 Take 500grm mutton and 200grm bones. Wash. Now take oil in a pot add 1 sliced onion braise for 5 minutes or till golden pink color. Now add mutton and bones add 1 teaspoon ginger 1-½ teaspoon garlic salt to taste cook for this 3-5 minutes now add 1 teaspoon chili powder 1/2 teaspoon turmeric 1-½ teaspoon dhana powder 1 teaspoon Garam masala 2 tablespoon Shan Nihari masala add little water and cook on medium heat till oil separated. Now mix water and ½ cup all purpose flour and add in mutton.mix all together and keep heat slow. Take other pot add oil and 1 sliced onion fry till golden brown and add onion with oil in mutton mixture mix well. Cover the pot and cook on slow flame till mutton cook well done. Serve hot. Sprinkle on top julienne ginger,chopped coriander and mint sliced green chilies and lemon juice. Serve with roti naan or rice.… BACK TO RECIPElb / pounds |
