Sour Cream & Chives Chicken
Pic cred: Ruhana Ebrahim Rec cred: @mama_taught_me_well Ingredients 1 chicken (cut in pieces) 1 large onion (sliced) 1 tablespoon oil 1 teaspoon ground ginger 1 tablespoon crushed garlic 1 teaspoon ground green chillies 1 teaspoon Aromat (a South African Spice) spice 1 teaspoon Thai spice 1 tablespoon lemon juice 2 tablespoon mayonnaise ½ teaspoon white pepper ½ teaspoon dhana (coriander) powder ½ teaspoon Jeeru (Cumin) powder 125ml Lancewood sour cream (or more) ¼ cup french chives (chopped+ garnish)1. Saute the onion in oil till lightly golden.
2. Add in the ginger, garlic, chillies, spices and lemon. Braise for few seconds. 3. Add in the washed chicken and cook until no liquid remains. 4. Add sour cream & chives, mix in. 5.
