Line paper cups in the pan or grease a round cake tin if you making 1 big cake ( aprox 23 to 25 cm ) Sift together the first 6 ingredients Beat together the eggs and sugar until fluffly add all the remaining ingredients beat just until well combined add the flour to this mixture and beat just til combined . pour in baking tin . or 1 soup spoon batter in each cupcake holder and bake for 25 minutes or until done ICING : beat togther the butter and sugur and add soften cheese cheese beat until combined . when cakes are cooled completely decorate as disiredlb / pounds |
