1 chicken cut, wash and drained

Add chicken and Liquidise mixture to pot cook until chicken done 20 minutes. Add coconut milk, buttermilk and mixed veg. Add rice. Mix all the time, see it water sufficient . Once rice cooked Steam for 15 minutes BACK TO RECIPElb / pounds |
