@mubina_18_ Take 500grm mutton wash and boil with 2 sliced onions 1 tablespoon ginger 1 tablespoon garlic salt 1 cinnamon 2-3 cloves 1 teaspoon black peppercorns 2-3 green Elaichies 2 brown elaichi 2star anise 2-3 bay leaves 1-½ teaspoon turmeric 1 teaspoon Jeeru (Cumin) 1 teaspoon fennel seeds 1 teaspoon dhana seeds 1-½ teaspoon chili powder 2 teaspoon dhana powder ¼ teaspoon Garam masala 1 teaspoon jeera powder enough water for boil. Now take oil in a pot. Add boiled mutton and 2-3 potatoes cuts in cube. Keep stirring till oil separate. Now add 3-4 chopped tomatoes cook for 5 minutes then add ½ cup brown onion and 2 tablespoon yogurt cook another 5-10 minutes then wash 2cups rice and add.
