Boil rice with
cinnamon
Cloves
Big and small Elaichi
Star anise
Bay leaves
Salt
Till half done. When drain completely add melted ghee (Clarified butter) and mix well.
Now Keep aside.
Now take a mince. Wash and drain.
Take oil in a pot add
Jeera
Cloves
Cinnamon
Star anise
Fennel seeds
Whole peppercorns
and sliced onions
Cook onion till golden brown. Then add mince
Ginger
Garlic and
Salt to taste
Stir well till water dry. Then add
Red chili powder
Haldi
Jeera powder
Dhana powder
Garam masala and
Shan biryani mix
Add little water
Cook 5-10 minutes then add chopped tomatoes. Cover the pot and cook on slow flame.
When oil separated then add yogurt. Mix well and cook on high to medium heat for 4-5 minutes.
Then lastly add
Green chilies
Chopped coriander and mint.
Give charcoal DUM.
After 15 minutes. Layer with rice in other pot.
Now take milk
Add in the middle milk
Saffron and
Kevda essence
Take this milk and pour over Biryani. Sprinkle fried onion,chopped coriander and mint. Cover and cook on Dum for 20-30 minutes. Serve hot with raita,achha,papad,kachumbar or salad
