RECIPE

2 tablespoon Ginger and Garlic paste
1 teaspoon red chili powder
Salt
Olive oil
½ teaspoon clove powder
½ teaspoon cinnamon powder
½ cup double cream yogurt
2 tablespoon vinegar
3 tablespoon masala paste made out of green chilies browned onion and coriander stalks.
Marinate the chicken with ginger garlic paste red chili salt and vinegar for 10-15 minutes
. For the second marinade add chill powder olive oil clove powder cinnamon powder and yogurt. Add the masala paste. Made with green chilies brown onion and coriander stalks to the yogurt mixture. Now marinate second marinade and lastly add egg yellow color ½ teaspoon. Keep marinating for overnight or 2-3 hours.
