Bread potato vada 🥖🥖🥖
@mubina_18 For filling:- 2-3 boiled and mash potatoes 2-3 green chilies Salt to taste ½ teaspoon haldi ½ teaspoon red chili powder 1 teaspoon Garam masala ½ juice of lemon 1-2 teaspoon sugar Chopped coriander 1-2 teaspoon raisins 1 teaspoon ginger and garlic paste 1 teaspoon Jeeru (Cumin) 1 teaspoon rai Few curry leaves Pinch of hing 1-2 tablespoon oilTake oil in a pan. Add Jeeru (Cumin),rai,hing and curry leaves. Stir and add all spices mix well and add mashed potatoes. Now add lemon juice,sugar,raisins and chopped coriander mix well and keep aside for cool.
Now remove crust from bread. Now Soak the Bread in water and immediately remove it. Squeeze with both your hand's to remove the water.now fill potato stuffing. Fold and close tightly. Leave in fridge for ½ hour. Deep fry in medium hot oil till golden brown. Serve hot with chutney.lb / pounds |
