Marinate in the following and cook with olive oil

Steers chicken marinade

Red Masala

Bbq spice

Mixed herbs

Cube potatoes and fry till golden

Season with Paprika, salt and dry parsley

Sauce

1/2tlemon pepper

1/2Dry parsley,

Aromat (a South African Spice)

1-2tSugar,

1Tvinegar

Stir well-sauce shud b abit runny-so u can add more vinegar as needed

Shredded lettuce as required

Slice burger buns and toast lightly in a hot pan

Put abit of shredded lettuce and a spoonful of chicken and top with cubed potato chips

Drizzle over mayo sauce

and a slice of cheese if u like

Absolutely delish

Sumi tweaked abit. I used a normal beef pattie cut it up in cubes then cooked as stated in recipe also I didn't have steak marinate so I used steers prego sauce and steers peri peri sauce.
