Saucy Chicken

INGREDIENTS

Butter for frying

4 breasts, fillet and cubed

4 garlic cloves, grated

1tblsp Spice Mecca BBQ spice (lemon and garlic)

1tblsp Kentucky spice

Sauce:

2 teaspoon Corn flour

1tbslp Mayo

1tblsp tomato sauce

Few drops soy sauce

2tblsp Steers BBQ sauce

METHOD

Melt butter and garlic in pan

Add spice to chicken

Cook chicken in butter for 15 minutes. The chicken would have drawn water in the pot, keep it.

Add sauce ingredients to the chicken and cook a further 10 minutes.

INFO / TIPS

Use chicken as a pita or wrap filling.
