Chicken Stir Fry

INGREDIENTS

2 cups chicken fillet cut into 2 cm cubes
Salt, pepper & crushed chilli to taste
1 ½ tablespoon woester sauce
Marinate above few hours
1 small onion thinly sliced
1 big garlic clove sliced
1 carrot cut into rounds / julienne
Trio peppers 2 cm cubes
2 tablespoon butter
1 teaspoon Aromat (a South African Spice)
1 teaspoon lemon pepper
¼ teaspoon dried parsley
½ teaspoon lemon juice
½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
½ teaspoon Paprika
Pecan Nuts
150g spaghetti boiled in salt water
2 tablespoon soya sauce
2 tablespoon sweet chilli sauce
2 tablespoon Crystal sauce

METHOD

In another pot cook chicken fillet, then add stir fried veggies to the chicken.
Then add the spaghetti.
Lastly add soya, sweet chilli and crystal sauce gently toss everything together.
Garnish with Pecan nuts.
