Add 2 eggs beaten Add few drops of vanilla (optional) And or..Elachi (cardomom) essence 1 teaspoon crushed Elachi (cardomom) Beat well together seperately in bowl In seperate dish sift add +- 2 ½ cups flour Add 3 tablespoon melted butter Rub together with the flour ¼ teaspoon bicarb 2 teaspoon vanillabaking powder +-½ cup dessicated coconut 2 teaspoon baking powder Mix well all the dry ingredients With the condensed mixture Make a soft dough U may need more flour Roll out finger length jambo shape Fry in medium to hot oil Dip in syrup.. 3 cups water 2 ½ cups sugar with rose essence and cinnamon stick Make syrup to a slight thickish thread Dip warm jambo in warm syrup (soak if u enjoy sweet) and dust dessicated coconut on it Tip: you can omit egg and the coconut from the condensed mixture But add 1 tablespoon soji (semolina) See below If mixture requires more liquid Then add a bit of water to the condensed tin ..
