Potato sev (vermicelli)
@mubina_18 1 cup Chana flour 2 medium size potatoes or ½ cup mashed potato (boiled and mashed) ¼ teaspoon haldi ¼ teaspoon Garam masala ½ teaspoon red chili powder ½ teaspoon lemon juice ½ teaspoon salt ½ teaspoon chat masala Pinch of hing 2 teaspoon sugarTake mashed potatoes. Add haldi,Garam masala,red chili powder,salt,chat masala,hing,salt,lemon juice and sugar. Mix well now add chana flour and knead well. Slightly dough is sticky. Cover it and keep aside for 15 minutes.
Now place the dough in sev (vermicelli) Machine and fry on medium to slow flame. Fry until golden brown. Once cooled keep in an air tight container. BACK TO RECIPElb / pounds |
