Tandoori chicken skewer
Recipe credit :@naeema_mia Pic credit :@naeema_mia 3-4 chicken breast (cut chunky cubes) 2 teaspoon tandoori spice 1 teaspoon chilli paste / red masala Salt to taste 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper ½ teaspoon chilli powder ½ teaspoon arad (Turmeric) ½ teaspoon garlic flakes 1 teaspoon dhana jeeru (cumin) 1 teaspoon vinegar Juice of half lemon 2 tablespoon plain yoghurtMarinade chicken with above ingredients.. Leave for few hours or overnight.
Green and red peppers Pineapple Skewer sticks Thread chicken cube through skewer alternating with red, green pepper and pineapple. Grill in the oven turning in between or over the braai (bbq) until done,basting with extra marinade.lb / pounds |
