6 cups milk powder
1 small tin nestle cream ½ cup almond powder ½ cup pista (pistachio nuts) powder Soak saffron in 4 tablespoon warm milk. 2 cups fresh cream 6 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter) 1 teaspoon Elaichi powder 2 cups sugar Orange and green food colorMix milk powder,Elaichi,ghee (Clarified butter) and nestle cream.
mix well until the mixture resembles bread crumbs. Now in another pan mix sugar and fresh cream mixture and cook until looks like condensed milk. In non stick pan take 1 teaspoon ghee (Clarified butter) and lightly roast almond powder for 3-4 minutes on slow flame. Same procedure with pista (pistachio nuts) powder too. Keep aside on plate for cool. Now add milk powder mixture into sugar and cream syrup. Mix well. Quickly make three equal portions in three different bowls, in one bowl add roasted almond powder, other bowl add pista (pistachio nuts) powder and green color then third bowl add saffron milk and orange color. Mix well and spread one layer over the greased plate, after minute or two another one and then third layer. leave it to cool completely. Cut into desire shape. Enjoy 💝 BACK TO RECIPElb / pounds |
