Puff Pastry Mince Paratha
Pic & Rec cred: Ruhana Ebrahim, @mama_taught_me_well Ingredients: 400g roll today puff pastry Flour 500g beef/mutton mince 1 onion (sliced) 2 tablespoon oil 1 piece taj (cinnamon) 1 teaspoon Jeeru (Cumin) seeds ½ tablespoon red ginger garlic masala 1 teaspoon salt ¼ teaspoon turmeric 1 teaspoon chilli powder 1 teaspoon dhana (coriander) powder 1 teaspoon Jeeru (Cumin) powder 1 teaspoon mustard powder 1 tablespoon brown vinegar Grated gouda cheese (optional)1. Braise onion in oil with Jeeru (Cumin) and taj.
2. Add washed and drained mince with all other ingredients. 3. Cook till done. Remove taj. 4. Remove plastic from pastry. 5. Cut into 8 even pieces. 6. Flour surface and roll into thin circles. 7. Heat tawa on med-low heat. 8. Place one circle on tawa. 9. Sprinkle cheese, spoon on mince, sprinkle more cheese and cover with another circle. 10.
