Mugni Dhar Bhajias
Rec & pic cred: @mama_taught_me_well Ingredients: ½ cup yellow lentils (mugni dhar) 2 tablespoon oil 1 onion (sliced) 1 teaspoon green chilli garlic paste 1 teaspoon dhana jeeroo powder ¼ teaspoon turmeric ¼ teaspoon white pepper 1 teaspoon fine salt chopped dhania (coriander) chopped spring onion Water (as needed) 2 tablespoon chana flour ¼ cup self raising flour1. Soak dhar for 3 hours.
2. Rinse and add all spices and chillies. 3. Heat oil, braise onion till soft. 4. Add dhar and a little water and cook till soft. Use water as needed. 5. When cooked add chopped greens. Mix in. 6. Allow to cool, then add in flours. 7. Roll in well greased hands into balls. 8. Leave in fridge to firm up whilst heating oil. 9. Medium oil on medium heat, fry till golden. 10.
