Pepper Steak Pies

INGREDIENTS

2 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon ground green chillies
1 tablespoon ground garlic paste
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon lemon pepper
1 teaspoon mustard powder
1 tablespoon brown vinegar
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
½ bottle Nandos pepper sauce (or more)
Water as needed
Beaten egg
Dried herbs

METHOD

2. Add steak, garlic, chillies, vinegar and spices.
3. Cook with water as needed until tender.
4 Add pepper sauce and allow to heat through.
5. Leave filling to cool.
6. Fill into pie dough.
7. Brush with egg and sprinkle herbs.
Freezer suitable now.
8. Bake in preheated oven at 180°C for +30min until puffed and golden.
