Ingredients
1 chicken, disjointed, cleaned or 12 pieces
2 teaspoon salt or to taste
1 teaspoon lemon pepper
3 teaspoon crushed garlic
1 tablespoon fine red chillies level
1 tablespoon crushed chillies level
¼ teaspoon tumeric
3 squirts of lemon juice
125g butter
Marinate chicken in all ingredients above.
Melt some butter in pot, add chicken and cook completely. Adding water if it gets too dry and sticks.
Allow water to evaporate and remove from heat
Sauce:
3 tablespoon butter
3 teaspoon crushed garlic
One teaspoon dry parsley
3 tablespoons Amina's prego sauce
3 tablespoon Amina Portuguese Sauce
3 tablespoon Very Peri 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon lemon juice
One cup milk
Boil in a saucepan till thick
Fry Chips and Savory Rice.
To plate ;
Take platter put rice in middle
Put cooked Chicken and chips on the other side. And drizzle all over with sauce and serve.
*you can do half cream and half milk. You can also use Minnie or Nandos sauce any you desire. It always taste the same.
