Chocolate Marie Biscuit Brownie

INGREDIENTS

1 + ¼ cup icing sugar
¾ cup cocoa powder
½ cup or more if u like extra coconut
1 + ¾ packet marie biscuit
broken into pieces (crush in a packet or with rolling pin)
NOT FINE
Add handful chopped pecans (optional)
1 egg well beaten (optional)
2 teaspoon vanilla essence

METHOD

Stir in the well beaten egg & vanilla
Mix well add the crushed marie biscuits and combine well
NB:
ADD +- 2 tablespoon OIL or extra melted butter
Mix well it must not be dry..u must be able to flatten and press mixture in greased oven tray or foil the tray so it's easy to take out
Smear with Nutella or any chocolate spread or melted chocolate
Decorate with chopped pecans
Decorate with melted brown chocolate or white milky bar cholcolate..
keep in fridge to get firm
Keep in airtight container
