Mirror glaze cake
I used the normal plain cake recipe I always use

250 grams butter
1 1⁄2 cups sugar
Beat the above till light and fluffy
Then add 4 eggs and vanilla essence and beat
3 cups flour
4 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup milk
Add all the above to make a c.ake batter and bake cake on 180ºC for 30-35 minutes
For cupcakes bake for 10-15 minutes till done
White mousse
25 white marshmallows
1 cup milk
2 slabs dream/milkybar
Put above ingredients on the stove on low heat till melted and well combined once done allow to cool
Then fold in 1 cup whipped fresh cream
Allow to mousse to set in fridge then sandwich cake with the mousse as well as on top and the sides ...make sure cake is covered well and is smooth
Thereafter put cake in the fridge to get cold....
Then once done put your mirror glaze in too and decorate as desired
Please note cake/cheesecake of choice can be used and buttercream or any frosting can be used
