RECIPE

Cut beef into cubes approx 500gms

Braise in onions

Add ginger garlic 1 teaspoon each salt to taste any steak spice or u can also use Portuguese spice. garum masala 1 teaspoon, 2 cinamon. Allow to cook with the masala in a pressure cooker. Add little bit of water and let whistle few times. Then add 3 tomatoes crushed with 1 onions , potato cubes (big cubes) few fresh chillies (optional) and thyme. leave to cook till potato is soft. sprinkle chopped dania and mint leaves
