Asparagus Spring Rolls

INGREDIENTS

1 kg chicken fillet
1 large onion chopped finely
2 heaped teaspoon crushed garlic
5 - 6 green chillies crushed
1 teaspoon salt or to taste
1 teaspoon lemon pepper
Juice of one lemon
1 x130g/185g medium white Asparagus
½"each robot pepper diced
1 ½ cup gouda cheese grated
1 tin cream style sweetcorn

METHOD

Saute onion and garlic in butter until translucent.
Add chicken, crushed chilli, salt, lemon pepper and lemon juice. Cook on medium heat until meat is white.
Add in the asparagus and robot peppers cook until done and water has burnt out.
Now add the sweetcorn mix well and leave to cool completely.
Lastly add grated cheese and chopped greens.
Fill spring roll /Chinese Pur dip in egg/ milk and cornflake crumbs.
