- 1 butternut cubed and rinsed
- 1 onion cubed
- 2 dried red chillies
- 1 piece garlic
- 1 teaspoon whole jeera
- ½ teaspoon mustard seeds
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoon sugar
1.heat up some oil and add garlic piece, jeera and mustard seeds (high heat)
2. when mustard seeds begin to pop add onion and red chillies
3. when onions are translucent add butternut and turn down the heat to medium
4. add salt and sugar
5. summer until butternut is soft
