2 tablespoon cocoa
2 tablespoon maizena (corn flour) ( corn flour)
½ cup oil
½ cup warm water
1 cup flour
1 cup castor sugar
2 ½ teaspoon baking powder
5 egg yolks
5 egg whites
45g aero chocolate ( chopped in small pieces )
Ganache :
100g dairy milk choc
45 g aero choc
¼ cup fresh cream
beat together first 4 ingredients
and add the flour , castor sugar,baking powder &
egg yolks ,beat till smooth , make sure u beat
the egg whites until stiff and then fold in the egg
whites and chopped aero , pour in pan and bake @180
degrees for about 20 minutes
ganache :
melt choc and fresh cream on low heat , spread
over cake once cooled and decorated with aero choc
