1 kg wings (cut in half)1 ½ teaspoon red chilli and garlic paste 1 ½ teaspoon crushed red chilli ½ teaspoon black pepper1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon onion powder1 ½ teaspoon paprika 1 teaspoon spicy chicken spice 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice 1 egg Toasted sesame seeds¾ cup milk Oil (for frying)
Coating :1 ½ cups flour 2 ½ tablespoons baking powder 1 teaspoon spicy chicken spice 1 teaspoon paprika
Sauce : ½ cup tomato sauce 4 tablespoons soy sauce 4 tablespoons butter 1 tablespoons brown sugar 2 tablespoons any chilli sauce or chutney1 teaspoon crushed chillies
Marinate chicken wings in the red chilli and garlic paste, salt, chicken spice, paprika, black pepper, lemon juice, onion powder. Mix together egg, milk and add to chicken. Marinate for about 2 - 3 hours. In a dish mix together ingredients for coating. Take chicken pieces, coat in flour, back into the marinate mixture and again in flour. Now fry in medium hot oil till almost done. Put chicken into a preheated oven on 140 degrees for about 8 minutes. Dunk in sauce and garnish with toasted sesame seeds.
Sauce :
Add all ingredients into a sauce pan and bring to a light boil. Throw over chicken wings.
Serve with coleslaw and chips.
