URAD DHAAL
1 c Urad Dhaal boil with
½ c oil
1 teaspoon salt
Little turmeric
1 teaspoon cumin powder
1 teaspoon garlic
1 teaspoon fresh green chillies sliced
1 teaspoon fresh red chillies sliced
When Dhaal is tender blend with stick blender and add
1 chopped tomato
2 tablespoon yoghurt heat and serve.
