1 1\ 2 cup semolina or tasty wheat
3 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter)
Cinnomon sticks
Elachi (cardomom) pods
Braise till light brown
Make a mixture with the following
1 cup milk
1 cup ultramel custard
1 cup boiling water
1 tablespoon custard powder
Some Elachi (cardomom) powder
Some egg yellow
Some saffron
Sugar to taste
Add to semolina & steam on low
Serve with custard.
