3-4 large potatoes1 tablespoon crushed garlic30g butter1 teaspoon garlic salt1 teaspoon dried mixed herbs
Peel and cut potatoes into eights.
Melt butter in microwave with garlic.
Mix in salt and herbs.
Deep fry potatoes until golden and crispy on outside and fluffy on inside.
Toss potatoes with melted butter.
Serve hot.
