2 bagels1 tin tuna in brinePinch salt¼ teaspoon dhana Jeeru (Cumin) powder¼ teaspoon white pepper1 teaspoon lemon juicePickled sliced jalapenos/gherkinsSundried tomatoes (sliced)Light mayonnaiseShredded lettuce
Slice bagels in half. Lightly butter insides and toast in oven.Mix spices into tuna.Place down lettuce. Then tuna. Then jalapenos/gherkins, then tomatoes, then drizzle over light mayo.
Best to serve whilst bagel is still toasty.
