Biscuit

INGREDIENTS

250g soft butter
1 cup maizena (corn flour)
1 cup icing sugar
1 cup oil
Flour to make a soft dough
Coconut / nuts of choice

METHOD

Cream butter add icing sugar
Mix on medium speed then add maizena (corn flour) mixing well after each ingredient..
Add oil
Lastly add flour make soft dough..

Please note this dough is very soft i rolled between baking paper.. I divided the dough. Added chopped almonds to 1 half and coconut to the other. Bake until done Decorate as desired.. in the picture uploaded with the recipe, i made the same basic dough added coconut and cocoa powder and decorated with chocolate. http://halaal.recipes/recipes/details/7624/biscuit
