Pot Roast Lemon And Herb Chicken

1 chicken cut into pieces
1 teaspoon Amina's ginger garlic with green masala
1 teaspoon ground garlic
½ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon lemon pepper
2 tablespoon mayo
4 tablspn Amina's Lemon and herb sauce
1 teaspoon parsley

Marinate the chicken in the above,Cook with 2 tablspn ghee (Clarified butter) until done on medium heat.Serve with fries or wedges & mixed veggies.
