Leg of Lamb Roast

1 - 1½ kg leg of lamb
1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
1 tablespoon red masala paste
2 teaspoon lemon pepper
1 teaspoon Aromat (a South African Spice)
1 tablespoon BBQ spice
1 tablespoon steak and chop spice
¼ cup lemon juice
2 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoon Worcester sauce
2 tablespoon steers steak marinade
2 tablespoon steers BBQ sauce
Soak lamb in Vinegar and water, wash and pat dry. Cut deep slits into flashy part of the meat
Mix all of the above ingredients to form a paste. Rub over lamb and leave to marinade 2 - 3 days
Add to a pot with remaining marinade, cook over medium heat ± 2 - 2½ hours until meat is tender. Allow sauce to thicken
