1 packet doritos cheese flavor or sweet chilli
1 small tomato
Cucumber
Spring onions
Gherkins
½ green pepper
Spur famous durkey sauce
Feta cheese
1 cup mozzarella cheese
250ml sour cream
METHOD
Cut all vegetables in small cubes mix together.
Layer doritos at the bottom of a pyrex dish, add salad over doritos drizzle with durkey sauce, add dollops of sour cream sprinkle feta and mozzarella
Grill on 180°C until cheese melts.

I left mine a little longer to get little brown n crisp on the top but still cheesy at the bottom
